Ezekiel Kwaymullina is a Palyku Traditional Owner, businessman, entrepreneur and award-winning author, recognised as a leader in Aboriginal economic participation models and social impact.

With over 12 years in the coffee industry and a deep understanding of every stage of the craft — from green bean sourcing to roasting — Ezekiel has built AiC into one of Australia's largest Aboriginal coffee companies, with national and global reach.

For Ezekiel, coffee is a vehicle for change. Through AiC he delivers free Aboriginal barista and coffee roasting training, creative grants for Aboriginal storytellers and artists, and community programs that create real pathways to employment, enterprise and economic freedom for Aboriginal people.

Alan has spent over a decade in the coffee industry, building commercial value and driving growth across some of Australia's leading resource, corporate and professional sectors. His work in coffee has taken him around the globe, seeking innovation and coffee excellence to bring that knowledge home to every partnership he builds.

For Alan, coffee is more than a product; it's a story that starts at origin and ends in each cup prepared, and he's passionate about understanding every step in between.
