Claris Pro Smart Filter

The Jura Claris Smart+ grey filter cartridge guarantees freshly filtered water for your coffee at all times.  Designed especially for Jura coffee machines, the filter is placed directly in the water tank.

Jura Claris Smart+ grey filters use RFID (Radio-frequency Identification) technology, allowing the coffee machine to communicate with the filter.  The coffee machine automatically recognises when a new filter is fitted, switches to filter mode and rinses the filter, making it ready for use.  It continually monitors the filter, alerting the user when the filter has reached its capacity and is due to be changed.  This technology means the user no longer needs to select between the machine's descaling mode and filter operation.  This selection is automatically made when a new filter is fitted into the water tank.   If the filter is not changed after a certain amount of use, the machine re-activates the descaling mode, and the user is prompted to descale the machine.  This can only be done when the filter is removed.
